From choosing a car to agreeing the details and collecting the keys.
Choose a car and dates
Choose pickup and return locations, dates and times. Compare published cars; favourites and a saved search help you return to your selection. The manager must confirm availability for your period. If you have not chosen a car, send a request for help finding one.
Confirm the full quote
Before agreeing, confirm the price for the full period, deposit and refund terms, fuel, mileage, insurance and exclusions, delivery, additional drivers and any other services you need. Discuss cross-border travel, date changes and cancellation in advance. Unconfirmed services and amounts are not treated as included.
Documents and handover
The manager confirms age, driving experience and document requirements, the meeting point and payment arrangements. At handover, check the car and agreement, record its condition and fuel level, and confirm return arrangements. The general website form does not request passport or payment details.
